Organica Revisited
After a week or so hiatus from the Boulder coffee scene (traveling), I was stoked to return to a quaint local favorite, Espressoria. Holy crap, it was packed. Rather than traipse to the west side of town, I visited one of the less frequented spots – Organica. And what a perfect day to be there. The weather has cooled off, so the environment is perfect. Plenty of seats, plugs, light, views of Walnut, good music, great service, and decent coffee. I was stoked.
I don’t know why I don’t get to Organica more frequently, but with more experiences like this, it’ll get bumped up on my favorites list.
Looking for a flycatcher or thirty
Part of service is keeping your joint clean and user-friendly. Part of keeping it user-friendly is making sure the patron isn’t swarmed harder than Joba Chaimberlain
during his choke job against the Tribe. So every coffee shop in Boulder that I’ve been to recently needs to learn from Amante: get a friggin’ bug killer! Boulder has seen it’s share of fly hatches lately. That doesn’t mean they need to swarm your shop, even if you want to keep the windows open! I’m getting tired of this sh%$!!
